Possibly not: Mechanical falls onto low back & buttocks can cause pelvic sacroiliac joint (sij) ligament tears, which can be permanent. Ligaments have relatively low blood flow & heal poorly. A trial of two or more months of rest in order. Medical literature reports between 10-30% persons with chronic (over 2-3 months) of low back pain have pain generation from injured sij. See an osteopath; are ways to help.
