See a doctor soon: Low back pain that radiates to you leg and is associated with constipation requires urgent evaluation by doctor. Possibilities include degenerative disks in back resulting in nerve compression, or worse (infection or tumor causing same). Your doctor likely will do thorough neurological exam initially.
