Please have a complete physical exam to determine if you have a problem with your hip. An Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in hips can give you a complete physical exam and make recommendations for treatment.

Agree with Dr Trantallis. Additional help from orthotics, perhaps heel lift, and sacroiliac support belt? Maybe a course of physical therapy?
