Nasal congestion: His adenoids are enlarged and he may have nasal discharge. You might be surprised to know that this does respond to appropriate diet. The usual and customary approach is adenoidectomy. Try stopping all the"junk" and milk. Milk was designed for cows and it is a common source of problems in kids.
