Still unclear: Chest pain can be caused by several different conditions. Usually one tries to rule out heart disease first since it potentially the most serious other causes include chest wall sources(muscles, bones, ligaments, etc), esophagus or stomach issues, or even respiratory issues. You should continue to work with your physician until the proper diagnosis has been made. Also you need more heart tests.
