Family medicine: I believe a good family medicine or internernist are best suited to manage patients with fibromyalgia. It is a complex condition involving many systems. Managing the whole person will give the best outcomes.

Fibromyalgia: I recommend you see a functional medicine doctor. Functional medicine visits are typically much longer than a typical office visit. In my opinion that can be very helpful to a fibromyalgia patient.
