Fibromyalgia: Fibromyalgi can be diagnosed by a primary care specialist (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine). Also, a Rheumatologist can evaluate for the presence or absence of other diseases which may mimic the symptoms of fibromyalgia.

Rheumatologist.: Your best bet to solidify, or negate, a diagnosis of fibromyalgia would be to attend a visit with a Rheumatologist.
