2ndary, not primary: Your BP is elevated because you have a headache and don't feel well not the other way around. Your headache could be due to a viral illness, stress, sinus infection, or another dozen causes. Give it a day or so, get lots of rest and see if you're better Meanwhile, try some ibuprofen for symptomatic relief
