Puffy eye lid: It is possible she has a chalazion whivh is a swelling of the oil glands of the eyelid. Consult an eye doctor.

Puffy eye: Although it is hard to picture without a photo, this could be a blocked tear duct, an eye infection in an early stage, or very rarely, some type of mass. I recommend that she see a pediatric ophthalmologist for prompt care and a full eye exam.
