Could be, not likely: Fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion. This means other conditions must be ruled out before assuming symptoms are due to fibromyalgia. However, since fibromyalgia is very common, and the symptoms you are describing are typical for fibromyalgia, it's unlikely it's something else. I would recommend you see a fibromyalgia specialist like me to make sure all other conditions have been ruled out.
