Yes it could be: Being three days after surgery the blood count could be high, the temperature also acceptable. The most important thing we should monitor is temperature and how the knee progressing, if the tem start to shoot up and have inflammation around the surgery site and have more pain than usual we should worry, also we always keep them on antibiotic for the three days after surgery. Good luck.
