Yes: Provided that she is not allergic to Erythromycin -- you can apply to her eye/s twice or three times a day.

4x day: If you are sure the bottle/tip has not been contaminated it can be used 4x day. Ointment does blur the vision so patients are usu prescribed antibiotic drops for bacterial conjunctivitis.
