Awareness: It is likely increased positional awareness--your heart beats continuously (hopefully!), but some maneuvers/activities and positions make it a bit more prominent, and some people can sense this difference. If worried, talk to your dr, who might check an ekg or echo to be sure, but if otherwise healthy, should not be a problem.
