This needs: evaluation by your Primary Care Provider who can obtain an EKG which may give the answer or if necessary a continuous MONITOR (HOLTER) may be necessary. Palpitations with SHORTNESS OF BREATH NEED EVALUATION ASAP! Hope this helps! Dr Z
