Probably: People with insufficient pulmonary and tricuspid valves don't always need surgery however the risks of not repairing these problems include right heart enlargement, right ventricular fibrosis and arrhythmia. Symptoms include shortness of breath and poor exercise tolerance. If you have already had a pulmonary valve replacement you could be a candidate for transcatheter pulmonary valve placement.

Probably right: Depends on the reason behind leaking of the valves. If you have a congenital heart defect causing them to leak, surgery is the management of choice to tighten the valve or replace the valve. Pfo poses a risk for small clots to go from the right side to left side and can cause damage to other organs.
