You should get upwards of eight uninterrupted hours of sleep per night, without texting, facebooking, talking on the phone, messaging, watching tv, or listening to music; and the room should be dark and quiet. The next most likely reason is lousy nutrition and inadequate exercise. Eat right, exercise daily.
