Maybe: If you've resumed sex then it may be the cause of the bleeding as the cuff of the vagina needs to stretch a bit. It could also be a cuff hematoma, cuff granulation tissue. Another possibility is that you have a supracervical hysterectomy with some residual endometrium tissue in the canal. If it persists see your GYN for an exam.
