Claritin, (loratadine) allergra..: Good evening, for symptoms of allergy such as itchy throat, itchy eyes and runny nose, over the counter medications such as Claritin (loratadine) 10 milligrams are safe to take. Frequent use once per day may be needed until the end of pollen season.
