Limited: There are no medications for chronic fatigue syndrome with proven benefit. Not sure why you are on steroids, but these have significant side-effects and should not be taken without a very good reason. If they are treating he dysautonomia you might discuss this with the doctor prescribing and find out exactly why he is using this.
