Stomach pain: Since it is going on for so long it is probably irritable bowel syndrome. No one knows what causes irritable bowel syndrome, therefore there are no one size fits all rxs. You can try digestive enzymes with meals, probiotics; but try eliminating red meat for at least 3 months and be aware of your emotions - maybe there's a connection. You may want to try a gluten-free diet and/or avoid dairy.
