DO NOT WORRY: Yes, i know the pain feels horrendous, but the brain does not die or explode, and merely provides information about pain due to chemical responses within the head. It is an over-reaction by nerve receptors. Act proactively, start a preventative medication such as topamax (topiramate) or depakote, or consider otc items, such as riboflavin, butterbur, feverfew, co-q10. Maybe acupuncture, botox?
