Abdominal: Wall hernia comes to mind. But there are 100's of causes of belching and gas, such as gerd, gastritis, gallstones. Have your doctor check you over.

Many, Study Anatomy: Fat in skin or deeper most common, hernia in abdominal wall muscles possible, especially involving embryological lack of fusion in midline between rectus abdominal muscles, umbilical hernia (because lower) less likely, many other possibilities. A hernia involving bowel (much less common in upper abdomen) can easily create partial bowel obstructions with associated transit problems, belching, etc.
