Check manufacturer: I don't think that most manufacturers of testosterone propionate have alcohol in the bottle, but you would need to check the package insert of the particular brand. The bigger question is why is a 37 yo male on this medication. Have you had a complete evaluation as to why you have a low testosterone level? Do you understand the long term implications of taking it?

Before you answer this is purely educational. Theoretically what's more damaging? 300mg testosterone once weekly for 6 months for muscle or 5 years daily 8 pints of alcohol?
