Use a wrist brace : Most of the time during daytime. Sleep with it all the time, use ergonomically correct computer desk/keyboard etc.. If the symptoms are getting worse, see your orthopod to get appropriately investigated, as there are few uncommon disease-- processes that need to be diagnosed & treated, correctly.

Hand Consult: Get a consult form a hand surgeon. It depends on the severity of the disease and previous treatments attempted. Nsaids and splinting are the first line of treatment along with rest.
