Couple of options: Conservatively your options are physical therapy, bracing, medications and injections. If you have undergone emg/ncv testing and have actual nerve injury consistent with carpal tunnel then the best treatment may be surgical decompression. Other than nsaids there are some meds used for nerve pain that may be beneficial such as lyrica, (pregabalin) neurontin, Cymbalta and nortriptyline to name a few.

Try a brace: The inital treatment for carpal tunnel is a wrist brace that you can by in the pharmacy. Use the brace at night when you sleep. You can also try over the counter anti inflamatory medications like advil or aleve (naproxen). Try this for 2-4 weeks. If the symptoms do not improve see a hand surgeon for further treatment.
