What's the best way to help relieve carpal tunnel at home?

Carpal tunnel relief: First of all, try to avoid c'x repetitive movements of your hands and wrists. Don't rest your wrists on hard surface if on computer a lot. Avoid direct pressure on wrists. Wear wrist immobilizer EVERY NIGHT to prevent worsening of symptoms. If you have persistent or worsening numbness/ tingling, then you need to see a hand surgeon ASAP to prevent permanent nerve damage.
