Hard to say: Your adrenal glands sit on top of your kidneys and are far away from your ovaries. Are you sure your doctor didn't say "adnexal mass?" you should feel comfortable asking your physician this; you do not want to have any confused idea when it comes to your health. If you do not feel comfortable discussing your health concerns with your own doctor, you should consider finding a new physician.

Adnexal v. Adrenal: Your "adnexal" mass refers to a mass in the fallopian tube and or ovary. You probably had a typo in the report.
