I : I agree with the earlier answer. This is not normal. I recommend that you do go to the emergency room because the combination of severe abdominal pain and heavy vaginal bleeding for this length of time is serious. The bleeding needs to be stopped.

You : You need to be evaluated soon for the bleeding. It is possible to become very anemic from bleeding associated with fibroids tumors in the uterus. If the bleeding doesn't improve, you may need to consider surgery. Please see your doctor soon.

Go to the ER: If you can't get in to see a gyn , if you have large fibroids causing bleeding you need txment asap and you will probably need surgery and if you go to the er , the er will call the gyn on call and that gyn is supposed to take care of you if u do not have a regular gyn.
