Sialocele: It's quite common to have a blocked minor salivary gland which will fill with a clear mucus material. They can spontaneously rupture and then recur. Sometimes they can be treated with cauterizing or silver nitrate in the office with your ENT specialist. They usually are of no major concern or significance. As always, seeing the problem is helpful, so get checked by an ENT md.
