A member asked:

Drs said i have to be up moving to be able to take off the compression tights, how active do i need to be? they are bruising & hurting my feet/thighs

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Normal Activity: You should be up and moving as close to possible to normal, every couple of hours or so (except for a normal 8-10 hours of sleep) to complete everyday activities like toileting, hygiene, meals...Before you remove your compression tights. If you have any doubts, as your doctor.
