See a doctor: If you have bloody diarrhea, it is most likely to be a bacterial infection from food that produced toxins. It is unlikely to be a virus. It is advisable to see a doctor for it.

Consider Influenza: Some of the symptoms you describe, may be symptoms of influenza. Usually the onset is abrupt, with body aches, fever nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. There should be no blood in your stool. If the symptoms just commenced i suggest you see a doc so you may be tested and if it is influenza you get treated as needed.

Viral gastro-: Enteritis. Dr. Hines is correct about blood in the stool with fever and explosive diarrhea. But you didn't mention bloody diarrhea so it's more likely a viral gastroenteritis. Rest, acetaminophen, and salty fluids - chicken soup is the perfect electrolyte replacement fluid - is the ticket. If you are not passing water 5x/day you are becoming dehydrated. Its not influenza without cough & chest pain.
