Call your dentist: Don't be scared, you should be able to eat relatively normally at this point. If you are concerned, just go a little easy not eating hard or crunchy foods. It is always best to ask the dentist who actually treats you all your questions. Make a phone call and ask.

Slowly: I would slowly introduce soft foods and see what you can tolerate. Try to avoid hot and spicy foods until the sites heal and definitely avoid tobacco and alcohol.
