Prescribed 50mg clomid (clomiphene) - unexplained no ovulation since stopping bcp.took it 2-6, its 10 days after last pill and so far haven't ovulated. panicking!

No worries: Clomid (clomiphene) doses start at 50 mg but many times a woman needs a higher dose, up to 250 mg. Almost all women will respond to doses of 150 mg. We usually increase the dose each month until you respond. Most docs prescribe days 3-7 or 5-9 and that might make a difference. Do not be discouraged, we also have other medications and almost everyone can ovulate if there are eggs in the ovaries. Best wishes :).
