No!: Your false positive lh surge of urine positive surge is from the Clomid (clomiphene) that induces your pituitary to make more fsh and some lh to recruit follicles-eggs for the month. Don't be mislead by the ?Ovulation on day 10. As an aside, women with pcos who might always have an elevated lh, will always test positive for a urine lh surge.

See your doctor: Yes you can spot irregularly on Clomid (clomiphene) but honestly what you are saying does not sound right. Normally one would not still be on Clomid (clomiphene) on day 20 of your cycle. Please clarify with the prescribing doctor how they want you to take this medication.
