When i press below my ribcage ( 1-2 inches below) i feel a bump. what could that be? should i be worried. got blood work done everything is normal.

Depends: If the bump is superficial and fatty in nature then it may be simply a benign lipoma, which does not require any treatment. If the bump is deep and/or tender, then i would think that further workup may be warranted, such as ct, mri, or ultrasound. See your physician for further discussion.
