Delphian node: I'll bet that's what it is. Pretracheal nodes is the new name. Everybody's got a few lymph nodes here, and occasionally on a trim person you can feel one or more of them. They're your friends. If it's not obviously abnormal, or if it gets really big or grows fast, the mass may need to be re-evaluated.
