Yes: You can use an oral appliance, or talk to an ENT surgeon. I do not encourage surgery for sleep apnea, but it is an option for you.

CPAP alternatives: It depends on your body type. If you are overweight, you can begin by trying to get down to a lower weight. A dental appliance might work for you depending on your mouth. If you have obvious blockages in your nose, mouth or throat, these can be treated with surgery. You should see an ENT specialist to be evaluated for this.
