High liver enzyme: High liver enzymes indicate damage to liver is happening. Your level of elevation is mild, but should be looked into for underlying cause. Meds like tylenol (acetaminophen) or atorvastatin, infection w/ hepatitis b/c, obstruction from gallstones or tumor, infiltration w/ fat if overweight, are some of possible causes. Make an appt w/ md for testing for infections, possibly ultrasound. Lose weight if needed.
