Worth checking: You'd do well to visit your physician and get a simple test to see whether you can concentrate your urine. Anything from a smoldering kidney infection to sickle cell trait can cause this in someone your age. We'll also want to rule out diabetes insipidus. Glad you're taking care to observe your body.
