Hi i am a 28 year old male. i usually drink this iaso full hemp extract tea for anxiety and good keep before bed, but lately i woke up like 3 times with wet underwear and going to the bathroom. i changed a few times. whats going on? thanks?

If this is a new symptom for you, it appears that some bladder irritability has developed. It could be the extract or an infection in the lower urinary tract. Stop the extract. See your MD or a urologist if symptoms persist.

If the tea has caffeine or theobromine in it, that acts as a diuretic which could also lead to these symptoms

Monitor and limit your caffeine intake, try switching to de-caffeinated products and limit water intake after 6pm to help with nocturia
