None: Looks like you're taking both depoprovera & Levonorgestrel which are progestins. Unfortunately, there's no specific vitamin or supplement to increase estrogen although menopausal women may try soy. With that said, extremely fit women w/low body fat tend to have much less estrogen than women who have more body fat. If you want to increase estrogen to stop bleeding, go see your doc about your meds.

None: There are no hormones available over the counter. Talk with your doctor to determine why your estrogen level is low to begin with.
