A member asked:

I have hypogonadism and feminine body. i remember once my left testis moved to an undescended position in the groin. could it be ovotestis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Ovotestes don't tend to descend during fetal life. Genital development would also be abnormal in a male newborn. Hypogonadism has many causes. An endocrinologist should be involved in diagnosing the cause.
