Dietician consult: Your numbers are elevated . To find out if your diabetes is under control get a blood test and check hga1c, discuss with your doctor. For diet avoid all kind of sweets and minimize all starches. Excercise regularly , as much as your schedule and body tolerates. A dietician can give you more details.
