Drink Water -lots: Common problem in pregnancy - drink ~1 gallon of water in a day; eat more roughage. Can take stool softeners as well; or even MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) if the above do not help. For acidity - antacid first line; but avoid the calcium ones as will worsen constipation. Take magnesium based antacids. Or ask your doctor for proton pump inhibitor - just separate from your vits by 4 hrs at least.
