Gastroenteritis: If your symptoms do not clear within the next day or two you should be seen by a doctor, examined and tested and diagnosed and managed.

Have you been ouside: You can pick up all kinds of nasty critters from food and drink outside the us. A simple gastroenteritis doesn't usually cause chills. Better see your doctor.
