Gastroenteritis: Sounds like you have gastroenteritis. If it gets to the point where you are unable to keep fluids down, you will likely have to go to the ER to get medications and some fluids into you. I would switch to Gatorade to help you with your electrolytes that you are likely losing and hopefully it will pass in the next 12-24 hours and decrease in severity. If it doesn't, go to the ER for further eval.
