Healthy frequent: Eat 5-6 healthy feedings of 2-300 calories, combining complex carbs, protein and good fats. This will not only keep you satisfied, but also properly keep Insulin levels under control, avoiding weight gain.

Exercise: By far the most effective for most people is to find some form of aerobic exercise that you enjoy. It's not so much that you'll burn extra calories (though you will) as it will bring your brain back in synch with what your body really needs.
