Life style: If you avoid active and passive smoke, get a good night sleep, exercise regularly , walking is fine, avoid constipation and get up in time to start the day with a good breakfast you should see that it is easy to eat 6 small meals a day of healthy unprocessed foods. Lemon juice in water before meals can help.
