If your heart pauses, what do the symptoms feel like?

Skips, dizzy, faint: If its a short skip, you may notice the "return beat" afterwards. If it lats a few seconds, you may feel dizzy. If it's longer (how much longer depends upon the person) you may faint.

Cardiac condition: If you have a significant pause in the electrical activity of the heart, you will feel very dizzy and fatigued and might have other symptoms like shortness of breath. A significant heart pause needs to be determined by your primary care physician through cardiac testing.
