My heart skips a beat every 30 seconds, pauses and changes rythm and i feel a bubble of air sensation in my stomach when that happens. how dangerous this is? i started levothyroxine yesterday can the medication make symptoms worse?

The symptoms you describe(skips) are consistent with premature beats in your heart rhythm, and as such may not be indicative of a problem.
